Section II-915 - Ancillary AuthorityA. The director, with the approval of the undersecretary and assistant secretary, will have the authority to commit funds and enter into agreements which are consistent with and further the goals of this program. This authority would include, but not be limited to, designating a pool of funds upon which only a particular surety has recourse to, in the event of a contractor default.La. Admin.
