Section II-119 - Deception Relating to Certification of a Small and Emerging BusinessA. Any person found guilty of the crime of deception relating to certification of an SEB as provided in R.S. 51:944 will be discharged from the program and will not be eligible to reapply under the business name involved in the deception or any business with which such individual(s) may be associated.La.
