Section II-113 - Certification Application ProcedureA. Applicant completes and submits an on-line application at www.ledsmallbiz.com to the SEBD office.B. The SEBD Program staff reviews the application and if it is found to be incomplete or further information is needed, the SEBD Program staff will contact applicant. If the applicant does not respond within 15 days, the application will be denied.C.
