Section II-909 - Interest RatesA. The interest rates charged by the lending institution for a borrowers mortgage loan shall be monitored and adjusted as needed based on the current market rates. The corporation will post to its website at www.lhc.la.gov daily rates for the Workforce Housing Initiative Program as long as funds are available for participation.La. Admin. Code tit. 16, § II-909
