Section II-315 - Selection Criteria to Award Home Funds to CHDO Homeownership Housing Projects

A. Ratio of Project's Intermediary Cost to Development Costs (See Subsection K for formula to calculate ratio)

1. Less than or equal to 10%

2. More than 10% but less than or equal to 15%

3. More than 15% but less than or equal to 20%
