Section III-505 - Program ObjectiveA. The objectives of this program are to develop and sustain the Louisiana ports and the navigable waterways system, particularly those infrastructures that improve efficiency of the system and contribute to the location of new industry, or expansion and retention of existing industry and employment within the state.La.
