Section III-1703 - Program DescriptionA. The program is designed to provide assistance to eligible economic development organizations in their comprehensive and strategic marketing and/or recruitment plans for towns, cities, parishes, regions or the state as a site for new and/or expanded business development. The program also seeks to encourage economic development through multi entity cooperation and communication. The program has two objectives:1. regional awards (Tier 1); and2. matching grant awards (Tier 2).La. Admin. Code tit. 13, § III-1703
