Section I-1919 - Affidavit of Final CostA. Within six months after completion of construction or the purchase of facility, the owner of the establishment shall file on the prescribed form an affidavit of final cost showing complete cost of the project, together with a fee of $100 for the inspection which will be conducted by the Office of Business Development Services.La.
