Section I-1325 - Hearing ProceduresA. Applicants and/or their representatives will be notified of the date of the Board of Commerce and Industry meeting at which their application will be considered. The applicant should have an officer of authority present who is able to answer any questions the Board of Commerce and Industry might have about the information contained in the application.
