Section I-1313 - Board of Commerce and Industry Enters into ContractA. Upon approval of the application, by the governor and the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, the Board of Commerce and Industry shall enter into contract with the applicant for exemption of the taxes allowed by R.S. 46:813.1. A copy of the contract shall be sent to the Department of Revenue and Taxation and to the local political subdivision's tax authority. La. Admin. Code tit. 13, § I-1313
