Section I-1309 - Recommendations of the Secretaries of Economic Development and Revenue and TaxationA. The Office of Commerce and Industry shall forward the application with its recommendations to the Secretary of Economic Development and the Secretary of Revenue and Taxation for their review. Within 30 days after the receipt of the application the secretaries of Economic Development and Revenue and Taxation shall submit their recommendations (the Secretary of Revenue and Taxation shall submit a Letter of No Objection in lieu of a Letter of Recommendation) in writing to the assistant secretary of Commerce and Industry.La.
