Section XIX-203 - Forms to be used in FilingA. The document entitled "Notice of Federal Tax Lien under Internal Revenues Laws" utilized nationwide by the IRS shall be accepted by all filing officers in lieu of Form UCC-1. Nonstandard form penalties shall not be applicable to filings presented by the IRS pursuant to this Chapter.La. Admin. Code tit. 10, § XIX-203
