A. The name of the subsidiary mortgage corporation shall not contain the word "bank" nor shall the subsidiary's operations, logo, advertising or marketing suggest that the subsidiary is an agent of the parent bank or bank holding company or that the parent is responsible for the liabilities of the subsidiary.La.
