Section III-513 - BranchingA. An approved office of the subsidiary mortgage corporation shall not be considered a branch of a parent bank if no banking functions other than those listed in §503 are performed by the subsidiary mortgage corporation at that location.La. Admin. Code tit. 10, § III-513
