A. A subsidiary mortgage corporation may originate first mortgage loans, make first mortgage loans, service first mortgage loans, act as an agent in the warehousing and servicing of first mortgage loans, and, in general, engage in activities permitted mortgage company subsidiaries of national banks.La.
