Section III-523 - ExhibitsA. Maps, drawings and other exhibits should not exceed 8 1/2 by 14 inches unless they are folded or reduced to the required size.B. During an in-person hearing, copies of exhibits should be furnished to the administrative law judge and all parties, unless the administrative law judge rules otherwise.C. For telephone or other non-in-person hearings, a party submitting exhibits must transmit them to the administrative law judge and all parties no later than three business days before the hearing, unless the administrative law judge rules otherwise. Parties are expected to have exchanged and reviewed the exhibits prior to the hearing and to be prepared for the hearing.
