Section I-107 - Headings Not to be Used in ConstruingA. Titles, Parts, Chapters, Subchapters and Sections will have a heading. This heading will not govern, limit, modify, or in any manner affect the scope, meaning, or intent of the provisions of the Louisiana Administrative Code.
