Section 739 KAR 1:070 - Contracting for capital construction projects

RELATES TO: KRS 164A.580, 164A.590, 164A.595, 164A.600

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 164A.560 authorizes the governing boards of public institutions of higher education to elect to perform financial management functions pursuant to KRS 164A.555 through 164A.630 by administrative regulation. This administrative regulation implements the provisions established in KRS 164A.580 at the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.

Section 1. Subject to the provisions of KRS 164A.560, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents elects to manage and administer capital construction projects in accordance with KRS 164A.585 through 164A.600.
