Section 97-4-5 - Fund-raising materials for proposed memorials

All fund-raising materials for a proposed memorial shall be reviewed by the commission and shall include the following information:

(a) The estimated cost of the project;
(b) the percentage of funds raised that can be used for administrative expenses;
(c) the date on which the project will be started; and
(d) the following statement: "If the project is not completed, all funds shall be returned to donors by the project representative, who shall make full restitution to donors less the administrative cost of returning the funds. This administrative cost of returning the funds shall not exceed the administrative cost outlined above."
