Section 94-5-16 - Discovery

(a) All discovery matters, including disputes and requests for sanctions, shall be governed by the Kansas administrative procedure act and the Kansas code of civil procedure.

(b) Discovery shall be completed expeditiously. The parties and counsel shall conduct orderly discovery and shall freely exchange discoverable information and documents.

(c) The parties and counsel shall make all reasonable efforts to resolve discovery disputes before involving the court in these matters.
