Section 92-52-3 - Failure to apply for renewal of a driver's license

Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 8-247, and amendments thereto, each person who fails to apply for renewal of a driver's license within one year after the expiration date of the license shall complete a driver's license examination and pay the fees required for that renewal.
