Any company engaged in the solicitation of voluntary tax sheltered annuity contracts shall file in the office of the chief fiscal officer of each state school to be solicited a list of the names of not more than two (2) of its agents who will solicit business. Solicitation of business by agents other than those listed shall be prohibited. Said list shall be accompanied by a statement signed by a company officer that the agents named are trained and authorized to do business in the state of Kansas in the sale and service of tax sheltered annuities.
