Section 91-29-4 - Approval of applications

The chief fiscal officers or their designees of the state schools for the deaf and the visually handicapped may, on behalf of the state board, approve the applications and any other legal documents of their respective employees as may from time to time be required to carry into effect the voluntary tax sheltered annuity program.
