Section 88-20-11 - Financial needs analysis agency

The board shall contract with one nationally recognized financial needs analysis agency which shall determine the financial need of each eligible applicant. The criteria to be used by the board in its selection of an agency shall be service, cost, and convenience for Kansas students, the eligible postsecondary institutions and the board.
