Section 88-19-1 - Definitions
(a) "Tuition" means the amount of money charged a full-time graduate student for the cost of educational services for one of the two principal terms in the academic year. The amount of the tuition shall be set by the state educational institution and approved by the board of regents.
(b) "Required fees" means fees which are not optional for the full-time graduate student and which are considered by the board to be for educational purposes.
(c) "Specified degree program" means a degree program which leads to the award of a masters or doctoral degree.
