Section 86-3-28 - Buyer's or tenant's consent

The commission's form titled "buyer's or tenant's consent to direct negotiation," as approved by the commission on April 18, 2017, is hereby adopted by reference. Each seller's agent, landlord's agent, or transaction broker shall ensure that this form is completed and signed by the buyer or the tenant before engaging in direct negotiations with that buyer or tenant.
