Section 84-2-5 - Validity of showing of interest
(a) The proof of interest when submitted becomes the property of the board and shall not be furnished to any of the parties. The adequacy of the showing of interest shall be determined by the board or its designee and such decision shall not be subject to collateral attack at a hearing before the board. Proof of interest shall not be required until after unit determination has been made by the board.
(b) Each public employer shall be required to furnish the board with an alphabetical listing of all employees within the appropriate unit including their work site and home addresses as expeditiously as possible, not to exceed 30 days after the filing of a petition for a certification election following unit determination, unless otherwise directed by the board or its designee.
