Section 82-11-5 - Addressee for written reports

Each written report required by the regulations of this article shall be made to the commission, gas pipeline safety section, Topeka, Kansas. Annual reports and incident reports shall be submitted in duplicate. A copy of the distribution system incident report shall be submitted by the executive director of the commission to the U.S. department of transportation within 10 calendar days of receipt. Safety-related reports required by K.A.R. 82-11-3 for intrastate pipeline transportation shall be submitted concurrently to the gas pipeline safety section and to the resources manager, office of pipeline safety, research and special programs administration, U.S. department of transportation, Washington, DC.
