Section 82-1-246 - Payment of compensation

(a) Costs of compensation shall be assessed against the utility or utilities participating in the proceeding.

(b) Payment shall be made by the affected utility or utilities directly to the intervenor within thirty (30) days after service of the commission's order determining the reasonable amount of compensation.
