Section 82-1-244 - Accounting of costs

(a) Within ten (10) days after the close of the hearing any intervenor seeking compensation shall file with the secretary of the commission a complete itemized accounting of its actual costs.

(b) All records of the intervenor pertaining to costs for which compensation is sought shall be available for inspection at all reasonable times by the commission and the utility from which such compensation is sought.
