Section 81-11-8 - Formal adjudicative proceedings(a) Formal adjudicative proceedings shall be conducted on a trial format unless the presiding officer finds that deviation from a trial format is necessary to aid in ascertaining the facts or for the convenience of the presiding officer, a witness or a party. (b) No witness shall testify by telephone or other electronic means unless by agreement of the parties. Kan. Admin. Regs. § 81-11-8
