Section 71-3-4 - Duty to notify board of residence and office address

Each dental hygienist shall notify the board in writing of any change in the following, within 30 days of the change:

(a) The hygienist's residence address;

(b) the hygienist's employer or employers; and

(c) the hygienist's practice location or locations.
