Section 70-4-9 - License renewal applications

(a) Each licensee who is on active military duty during a time of national emergency shall not be required to pay any license renewal fee due at that time.

(b) The annual continuing education requirement shall be waived for any licensee who is either on active military duty during a time of national emergency or impaired, as defined by K.S.A. 47-846(c) and amendments thereto.
