Section 69-3-4 - Number of instructors necessary

(a) A school of cosmetology shall maintain a ratio of instructors to students of not less than one to 25 in the classroom and one to 18 in the clinic practice area.

(b) A school of nail technology or esthetics shall maintain a ratio of instructors to students of not less than one to 25 in the classroom and one to 20 in the clinic practice area.
