Section 67-3-3 - Surrender of temporary license

When a temporary licensee is separated from employment by the sponsor, the licensee shall surrender the temporary license to the sponsor. The sponsor shall return the license to the board. Upon application of a new sponsor, a new temporary license shall be issued.
