Regular school hours shall be established by all schools and colleges. Any time lost by the student shall be made up before a diploma is issued. A minimum of ten recitations per week, including practical shop work, of one hour each, shall be required of all students. All examinations and other written papers shall be carefully graded and returned to the students.
