Section 61-3-13 - Students to receive no fees for services; tuition and other charges to be paid to school or college

No student shall be allowed to receive compensation, directly or indirectly, for services rendered by him or her in any barber school or college. All sums for tuition or other charges made for services or expenses shall be paid to the school or college.
