Section 61-3-10 - Qualifications for students

No student shall be admitted to any school or college unless he or she is at least sixteen (16) years of age and of good moral character and temperate habits, and unless he or she furnishes a certificate from a Kansas licensed physician, showing that he or she is free from any contagious, infectious or communicable diseases. The certificate shall not be dated more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of his or her admittance.
