Section 49-7-2 - Petition; contents

The collective bargaining unit shall file its petition in quadruplicate (4) in form as prescribed by the commissioner. Said petition shall contain:

(a) Evidence of all-union agreement authorization by at least thirty percent (30%) of the employees in the appropriate collective bargaining unit.

(b) An alphabetical listing of the names and addresses of the employees in the appropriate collective bargaining unit.

(c) Three (3) copies of the current or most recently expired contract between the employer and the collective bargaining unit.
