Section 49-26-2 - Petition; contents

(a) A petition for impasse declaration shall state:

(1) Name, address, telephone number, and representative to contact for both the recognized employee organization and the board of education;

(2) Approximate number of employees in unit;

(3) Number of negotiation sessions;

(4) Number of issues in dispute; and

(5) Description of issues in dispute.
