Section 44-9-106 - Expungement of record process explained to parolee

All persons who have been convicted and placed on probation or parole, and who are otherwise eligible for expungement of conviction record, shall be informed of the proper procedure to be followed in obtaining consideration from the court for the grant of an order expunging the record.
