In order not to aggravate any injury, illness, or other medical condition, no inmate shall participate in any work or recreational activities, or partake of food items, in violation of a documented medical restriction that the inmate has received. Violation of this regulation shall be a class III offense.
This amendment shall be effective on and after February 15, 2002.
