Section 44-12-315 - Lewd acts

(a) No inmate shall engage in a lewd or lascivious manner in any act of kissing, fondling, touching, or embracing, whether with a person of the same or opposite sex.

(b) An inmate shall not intentionally expose or manipulate a sex organ with the knowledge or reasonable anticipation that the inmate will be viewed by others or with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desires of the inmate or another. A violation of this regulation shall be a class I offense.
