Section 44-12-107 - Use of safety devices

Each inmate shall use safety devices provided in accordance with the orders of the warden. Violation of this regulation shall be a class II offense. Alternatively, violation of this regulation may be handled according to the summary disposition procedure set forth in K.A.R. 44-13-201b.
