Section 36-4-8 - Saddlemounts, transportation of empty trucks

Rules and safety regulations promulgated by the U.S. department of transportation found at 49 C.F.R. part 393.71 and in effect on October 11, 1972, are hereby adopted by reference as the safety rules and regulations by the secretary.
