Section 30-60-71 - Alcohol and substance abuse services

If a licensee provides, directly or through a contractor, specialized alcohol or substance abuse services, these services shall meet the following conditions:

(a) Be separately licensed or certified as required by the department;

(b) be provided by appropriately trained or professionally qualified staff; and

(c) be administered in accordance with written policies and procedures adopted by the licensee.
