Section 30-45-3 - Adoption-social history

The following information shall be filed with the petition as the social history of the biological parents on forms prescribed by the secretary:

(a) Each parent's religious background;

(b) each parent's educational background;

(c) each parent's ethnic background;

(d) each parent's tribal membership, if applicable; and

(e) each parent's employment history.
