In addition to the definitions in K.S.A. 65-1,201 and amendments thereto, the following term shall have the meaning assigned in this regulation:
"Multifamily dwelling" means a structure that contains more than one separate residential dwelling unit used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole or in part as the residence of one or more persons.
