Section 28-35-360 - Documents and records required to be maintained at field stations

Each licensee or registrant shall maintain, for inspection by the department, the following documents and records for the specific devices and sources assigned to the field station:

(a) The appropriate license, certificate of registration, or equivalent document;
(b) operating and emergency procedures;
(c) applicable regulations;
(d) records of the latest survey instrument calibrations conducted according to K.A.R. 28-35-345;
(e) records of the latest leak test results conducted according to K.A.R. 28-35-348;
(f) quarterly physical inventories required by K.A.R. 28-35-359;
(g) utilization records required by K.A.R. 28-35-348;
(h) survey records required by K.A.R. 28-35-349;
(i) records of inspection and maintenance required by K.A.R. 28-35-351; and
(j) training records required by K.A.R. 28-35-352.
