Each licensee or registrant shall conduct an in-person inventory to account for all sources of radiation once every six months. A record of each inventory shall be maintained for two years from the date of the inventory for inspection by the department and shall include the quantities and kinds of sources of radiation, the location where sources of radiation are assigned, the date of the inventory, and the name of the individual conducting the inventory.
